Description:

1. The automatic carbonated drink can filling line is mainly used to filling carbonated drink in aluminum can or PET can.

It main contains the automatic can washer, 2 in 1 can filler and sealer machine, automatic for operation.

The machine main adopts the high quality of SUS304 material, meet with GMP standard.

2. Automatic can washer:

This can washer revolution inclined type can washer;

One end of the rinsing box is entrance of the cans, usually it need to work together with unpiler, if the client do not have unpiler, he will need to set up one high flat roof for manual loading of cans;

After the cans loading, they will be reversed 90 degree and pass the box quickly with gravity when can mouth face to ground. The rinsing box is inside set with shower to spray water inside the cans to wash. There is a water pump to suck water for rinsing use. After washing, the cans will be reversed again 90 degree to be loaded on conveyor connected to can filling-seaming machine.

The rinsing box is set with a water discharge hole which can discharge the dirty water to your container.

And the rinsing box is with checking window to check if any problem happen inside. And the roof of the rinsing box is removable for repair and cleaning, easy to use and good effect.

3. Automatic can filler and sealer:

The can filler and sealer machine is used in production of carbonated drink of beer, soft water, coca cola in aluminum can or PET can. Filling and seaming parts are integrated in one machine.

The machine is suitable for different can volume, with same can diameter different can height, no can change parts.

The most advanced technology is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid level filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.

The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface, operation automatically, the speed is adjustable. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and seaming will be stopped automatically when there is no can. When cans are cramped wrongly or when cans are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed sleeplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
